Dear Customers. We are a professional online dealer. No matter what items you bought, we strive for shipping your package right to your door.
As for the shipping methods, two shipping services provided to our dear customers : Air Mail Shipping and Expedited Shipping. You can choose any of them as you like.
Your shipping fee is decided by the kind of shipping method that you choose:
1. Standard Shipping- Free shipping.
2. Expedited shipping-$37.
There is 1-2 days processing period once payment is received. Once goods are shipped, the tracking number will be emailed to you, so that you can track your order. We assure you that your orders will be processed and received within 21 days and 7 days with Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping respectively, but we feel sorry if your orders take longer due to uncontrollable circumstances.
The online tracking number and link will be sent to you in a confirmation email after the order is shipped out, and will be valid for check within 2 working days.
Change of Address
We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your Order. If you complete your Order and then notice that the address details are incorrect, please contact us immediately.
All items will only be shipped to the shipping address provided by customer. Please make sure your address is correct and accurate, as well as your other information, (i.e. phone number).
All parcels will be held for picking up if cannot be signed or delivered. If the item is returned to us because it was not deliverable (for the failure of delivery caused by) due to an incorrect address, the customer needs to be responsible for both the shipping and return charges.
If you find the parcel broken when delivery, please open the parcel to check whether items are kept intactly. If not, please refuse delivery. When the parcel is returned to us automatically, we will confirm if the damage is made during transportation. If yes, we will send you a new one of same model for exchange or fully refund your money according to your request.
If you want to return the parcel already signed by you, please email us to get the shipping address where your parcel can be returned to. We would have no responsibility for any missing parcel caused by returning to wrong shipping address without asking for our customer support's advice.
